- Microsoft .NET Framework CLR 1.1 (Provided on CD. Requires an additional 23MB)

- At least 256 color SVGA video

- 800x600 resolution with small fonts

- CD-ROM Drive

- All online features/services require Internet access with at least a 56 Kbps modem

- Not compatible with QuickBooks Pro for Mac or QuickBooks Online Edition.

- Billing Solutions requires QuickBooks Merchant Service.

- Virtual Terminal Plus works with QuickBooks Financial Software version 2005 and higher or QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 2.0.

- QuickBooks Online Edition users must apply from within QuickBooks Online Edition.

- All Merchant Services requires at least QuickBooks financial software 2005 (for the PC) or QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 2.0.
